Returns + Exchanges
I accept returns and exchanges up to 30 days after receipt of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
A couple of my products are exempt from being returned or exchanged, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund.
I only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To start your return or exchange please e-mail [email protected] with your order number and items you’d like to return/exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item.
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.
Late or missing refunds
